Kendra Wieneke (she/her) is an organizational strategist, writer, and yoga teacher with more than fifteen years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations across the arts, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. Her work has spanned fundraising, operations, organizational development, and executive leadership, with a focus on helping organizations and individuals navigate complexity with clarity, curiosity, and care.

Alongside her work with Lorelei Ensemble, Kendra leads Counterpoint Studio, an advisory practice that sits at the intersection of artistic thinking, systems awareness, and embodied leadership. Through writing, consulting, and teaching, she is interested in the conditions that allow people, organizations, and communities to remain whole while navigating change.

She holds a BM in Music Education and an MM in Voice Performance from Eastman School of Music, and an MA in Arts Administration from Florida State University. She lives in Illinois with her partner and their dog and can often be found with her nose in a book, standing on her head, or exploring the world.
